Reimbursements Unit

The Reimbursements Unit (RU) is responsible for recommending the rates that Glencliff Home, the Multiple Offender Program, New Hampshire Hospital, the Secure Psychiatric Unit and Transitional Housing Services charge. RU staff also determines patients', residents' or a clients' ability to pay for services from these programs. RU conducts face-to-face or phone interviews with clients/patients or their guardians to assist in determining their ability to pay for services. Periodic reviews are conducted as financial situations changes.

RU bills and processes payments for the Multiple Offender Program. Clients must agree to pay within one year from date of service and a contract is developed for each client based on the ability to pay. Clients cannot receive a New Hampshire driver's license until they have completed payment.
